All right! So today I was linked to something with a ton of absolutely fascinating information. I'm posting it here for easy reviewing and for the ease of anyone else who might wish to read it~

Now, obviously, this information is going to affect how I play Wilhelm. Starting immediately, he's no longer as all-knowing as I was having him be. He still knows a lot, but it's limited to his universe/any universe we've established as in the past of his universe (hi Ryoutou!), and the current Recurrence.

Second, I'm removing the anti-christ label I've been sticking on him. SORRY PEOPLE THIS WILL CONFUSE, but it really doesn't apply, for while he's a partner to the triad he, chaos, and Mary form, he's not the opposite of christ, nor does he bring about the end of the world; it really, really doesn't fit him. He's still a Lucifer in many ways, but his basic nature is very definitely and without question that of a Demiurge, a protector of the physical universe. That is, in fact, his function and his purpose for existence. I might even venture to say that it is, as he would say, the phrase that truly defines him.

And last, I might consider canon-updating him, now that I know for a FACT that my suspicions about the end of the game are correct. I need to talk this over with my cast first, but if I do, then there will be a number of other changes, which I will document in an essay should I choose to go that route.

There will be another post for Canaan later on his journal, but there is FAR LESS for him, and any changes will be so minor as to be entirely unremarkable.

Tomorrow I head off to Eastern Washington for a family reunion. I'll be taking my laptop and the cellular modem, but I don't know how much time I'll actually get on it, since . . . family reunion. I'll be back late Saturday night, but I doubt I'll have the energy to do much then, since an 8+ hour drive after spending most of the day with people I barely know who say they're my relatives sucks ass. So.

Probably hiatused until Sunday!

EDIT: No longer taking the internet with me, which makes taking my laptop pretty pointless - my sister and her fiance backed out of coming with, and they're keeping the modem here at home. So. DEFINITELY hiatused at least until laaaate Saturday, maybe Sunday.

(OOC: After updating to after the events of game 3, Wilhelm has concluded that the functions of Program Canaan which control Canaan's behavior are now unnecessary. This is to deal with that.)
